Why is my Samsung washer not draining?

ND: No Drain
Water level has not dropped within the expected window. Functionally the same as 5C. Start with the pump filter before anything else.
OC / OF: overflow
Water detected above safe level. Usually means drain failed during wash and water backed up. Do not keep running the machine. Resolve the drain failure first.
UE / UB: unbalanced load
Not a drain error on its own, but an unbalanced drum can abort the spin cycle before the drain completes. Redistribute the load and restart before chasing other causes.

How to fix a Samsung washer not draining
- Note the error code on the display. 5C, SC, ND, or OC.
