Warranty Policy

If we repair your appliance and the same repair fails inside the warranty window, we come back and make it right. No second diagnostic fee, no "that's a different problem," no runaround. We Stand Behind Our Work — that's the main policy.

Standard coverage

Every standard residential repair carries a 90-day labor warranty. If the issue we fixed comes back because of the part or the repair we serviced, we return, and the labor is on us. You already paid to have it fixed once, and you shouldn’t pay to have the same thing fixed twice.

Premium refrigerators are a different kind of machine, and the people who own them are protecting a serious investment, so they get a stronger warranty. Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele, Bertazzoni, Dacor, Monogram, Liebherr, and similar premium built-ins are covered for twelve months, parts and labor, on the repair we performed.

Commercial refrigeration carries a standard 90-day labor warranty, and contracted maintenance accounts carry their own agreed terms. Hard-to-source and orphan-brand repairs get the same 90-day labor coverage where parts are reliably available, with any limits written on the invoice before you approve. In every case, the warranty clock starts the day the repair is completed.

What the warranty doesn’t cover

A warranty that pretends to cover everything ends up covering nothing, because the fine print quietly takes it all back. Here is the line, plainly.

The warranty does not cover:

  • A new or unrelated problem, or a different part failing after the original repair.
  • Damage from power surges, lightning, flooding, pests, or misuse.
  • Issues coming from plumbing, electrical, ventilation, installation, or structural problems outside the appliance itself.
  • Customer-supplied parts, or work done by another company after ours.
  • Cosmetic wear like rust, dents, and scratches.
  • Food loss, business loss, or other consequential damages.

If there is a limitation because of part availability, the appliance’s age, sealed-system condition, or brand support, we write it on your estimate before you approve the repair, never after. Florida surge damage is a new event, not a failure of our repair, which is exactly why we offer a surge protector with qualifying repairs.

The $69 diagnostic promise

Underneath the warranty sits the promise customers ask about most. Our diagnostic is $69, and it is 100% applied to your repair if you approve the work.

If we determine the appliance can’t be reasonably repaired, you pay nothing: no labor, no parts, no service-call charge, no trip fee. There is no scenario in which you pay anything if we can’t fix the appliance. You only pay when we can actually perform the repair you approved.

Before any repair begins, you get a written estimate that lays out what failed, what it costs, what parts are needed, whether the repair even makes financial sense, what warranty applies, and how long it should take. The diagnosis sets the price, not a sales script.

How to make a warranty claim

If you think the same repaired issue has come back, reach out as soon as you notice it. Have the following ready:

  • Your name and service address.
  • The appliance brand and type.
  • The date of the original repair.
  • Your invoice number, if you have it.
  • A clear description of what the appliance is doing now — photos, videos, or error codes help us see what you’re seeing.

We’ll pull up your repair history, confirm the warranty status, and schedule the next step. In most Tampa Bay service areas, we aim for same-day or next-day, and we move premium refrigerators and commercial refrigeration up the queue, because that’s the equipment where downtime gets expensive in a hurry.

This policy covers repairs we perform across Tampa, South Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Brandon, Riverview, Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, and the surrounding communities.

What we do — and don’t — promise

We don’t promise that every appliance is worth saving, that we’ll quote blind prices over the phone, or that old and unsupported parts will last forever.

Here is what we do promise:

  • We’ll diagnose honestly.
  • We’ll explain the repair before touching a screw.
  • We’ll tell you when replacement makes more sense than repair.
  • And when we do fix it, our name and our warranty stand behind that work.

Call (813) 522-0014 or book online, and we’ll confirm within the hour. Same-day in most Tampa Bay areas. No fix, no charge.

We Stand Behind Our Work.
