Why is my Frigidaire refrigerator not cooling?
After 20 years on the bench, I'd say the frozen defrost drain is the most underappreciated failure pattern on Frigidaire French door and bottom-freezer models. Water from defrost cycles can't drain, freezes in the trough, backs up as a sheet of ice on the freezer floor, and blocks airflow. The fridge warms up, and most owners assume the compressor is dead. Step through these in order.
