Pasco County is home ground. I'm Anatoli — I live and dispatch from Zephyrhills, I answer (813) 522-0014 myself, and I or Nick, my technician, shows up. I repair refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens and dishwashers from Dade City and Wesley Chapel to New Port Richey, Port Richey and Hudson on the Gulf side. The $69 diagnostic applies 100% to the repair, the price is in writing before any work starts, and if I can't fix it, you don't pay.

Where I go in Pasco County
I cover all of Pasco County — the cities of Zephyrhills, Dade City, New Port Richey, Port Richey and San Antonio, the town of Saint Leo, and every unincorporated community along SR 54, SR 52, US 301 and US 19. Pick your town below for the page written about it: what actually breaks there, how fast I can get to you, and the honest answers to the questions people in that ZIP ask most.
Same $69 diagnostic, same written price and the same 90-day parts and labor warranty from Lacoochee to Holiday — no zone fee for the Gulf side, no "east county discount" either. The smaller communities that do not have their own page are described just below the map.
Smaller communities I also cover
San Antonio
The small city of San Antonio (ZIP 33576) sits on SR 52 just west of Dade City, next to Saint Leo. Older homes around the town square, ranches and citrus land around it, and plenty of private wells — scaled-up ice makers and inlet valves are the usual reason I come. Ten to fifteen minutes from Zephyrhills, so it is one of the fastest same-day stops I have; covered under Dade City.
Saint Leo
Saint Leo (ZIP 33574) is the town around Saint Leo University on SR 52 and Lake Jovita. A mix of faculty homes, the golf-course community and older houses on the ridge — mostly on well water. I come through Saint Leo on the way to Dade City several times a week; same $69 diagnostic and written price as Dade City.
Crystal Springs
Crystal Springs (ZIP 33524) is the rural community south of Zephyrhills on the Hillsborough County line, off SR 39 — acreage lots, mobile homes, wells, and second refrigerators in outbuildings running in the summer heat. It is minutes from my base, so it usually gets the first slot of the day. Covered under Zephyrhills.
Lacoochee
Lacoochee (ZIP 33537) is northeast Pasco, north of Dade City along US 301 and US 98 near the Withlacoochee River — older homes, mobile homes and farm properties on well water. Hard water and long-serving appliances set the pattern: ice makers, inlet valves, dryers with tired heating elements. Covered under Dade City, same terms.
River Ridge
River Ridge (ZIP 34654) is the 1980s–2000s residential area east of New Port Richey around Ridge Road and the River Ridge schools — newer than the US 19 corridor, with a lot of builder-package Whirlpool and GE kitchens now past ten years. Served under New Port Richey.
Shady Hills
Shady Hills (ZIP 34610) is rural north Pasco between SR 52 and the Hernando line — acreage, horses, wells, and second refrigerators and chest freezers in garages and barns. Well-water scale on ice makers and dishwashers is the classic call, plus older dryers on long vent runs. Covered under Hudson and Land O' Lakes.
Beacon Square
Beacon Square (ZIP 34691) is the 1960s–70s subdivision on the Holiday side of US 19, north of the Pinellas line — compact block homes with original laundry hookups and, often, the original dryer outlet. Served exactly like Holiday, no zone fee.
Elfers
Elfers (ZIP 34680 and 34652) lies between New Port Richey and Holiday on the Anclote River, along US 19 and Elfers Parkway — one of the older settled parts of west Pasco, with 1950s–70s homes, mobile-home communities and canal streets. Covered under New Port Richey and Holiday.
What breaks in Pasco County homes — and why
Well water on the east side. Outside the subdivisions — Dade City, Lacoochee, Crystal Springs, Shady Hills, parts of Land O' Lakes and Odessa — homes run on private wells, and Pasco's groundwater is hard and often carries iron and sulfur. The first place it shows is the ice maker: hollow cubes, then no cubes, then a fill tube frozen solid; then the water inlet valve on the washer and the dishwasher's spray arms. The ice maker guide walks through the sequence. A filter changed on schedule and a descaled valve are cheap; a new refrigerator because "the ice maker died" is not.
Salt air and old wiring on the Gulf side. Within a mile or two of the water in New Port Richey, Port Richey, Hudson and Holiday, the fine fins of a condenser coil and the terminals on a compressor start relay corrode faster than inland; the fridge runs longer each month, then the compressor clicks and will not start. A 1970s block home that has been on the same 240V dryer outlet for forty years can have a loose or heat-damaged receptacle, so I check the outlet and cord before blaming the heating element. The dryer guide covers the order.
Builder packages and storm season. Wesley Chapel, Trinity and the new subdivisions off SR 54 and SR 56 are full of Samsung, LG and Whirlpool kitchens installed on the same day and failing on the same schedule — Samsung ice rooms, LG linear compressors, front-load door boots. And after every storm outage I see control boards on refrigerators and ranges that failed while everything else looks fine. The honest rule county-wide: a routine part on a machine under ten years old is a repair; a sealed-system or bearing failure on a 12-year-old unit usually is not, and I say so before you spend anything past the diagnostic.
When can you actually get to Pasco County?
Honest answer, based on how the day is really scheduled. Pick what broke and when you're calling.
Brands I work on in Pasco County
Independent, not factory-authorized — which means I fix the appliance in front of me instead of following a warranty script, and I carry the parts that actually fail on these models.
Also Viking, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Electrolux, Kenmore and the rest — every brand page.
Samsung and LG across Pasco: refrigerators first, then washers
Add up the searches that reach my Pasco pages and the order is clear: refrigerators first, then dryers and washers. When a brand gets typed, it is most often Whirlpool in Wesley Chapel, then LG and Samsung. Those two are the builder-package brands off SR 54 and SR 56, and they fail in known ways. On an LG it is the linear compressor, which I replace with the updated design. On a Samsung it is the ice room that freezes over. See Samsung repair and LG repair.
The washers are the same story in a different room. Front-loaders from both brands reach a first drain-pump clog or door-boot leak years before anything serious wears out, and both are routine washer repair. On the Gulf side the machines are older, and the question is more often whether the repair is worth it. My rule is the same in Hudson as in Dade City: a routine part on a machine under ten years old is a repair; a sealed-system or bearing failure on a twelve-year-old one usually is not. The county is big. The rule is short.
Google Search Console, Jul 3 – Oct 1, 2026 — my Pasco County, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, New Port Richey and Port Richey pages combined (older page addresses for the same towns included). Impressions, not calls.
How fast can I get to Pasco County?
Search data: Ubersuggest, U.S. monthly volume, Sep 2025 – Aug 2026 — "appliance repair wesley chapel" is the largest single town term in Pasco County; the county term itself is searched only 10–30 times a month. Demand in Pasco County runs highest from October through January — the winter residents are back and the holiday kitchens are full — with a second bump in late summer. If your refrigerator picks December to quit, call before 2 PM: that is the month the same-day slots go first.
What Pasco County neighbors say
BBB Accredited, A+ rated, and more than 200 five-star reviews across major platforms. I don't write testimonials for this page — read them in customers' own words, with names, towns and my replies, on the reviews page.
What Pasco County customers describe is the same from Dade City to Holiday: the phone answered by the owner, the fault explained in plain English, a written price before any work, and the refrigerator cold again the same day. If your repair turns out to be one I can't do or one that is not worth doing, you will hear that plainly too — and it will not cost you a dollar.
