Built-in refrigerator reading 48°F in a Champions Club kitchen? Front-load washer throwing an error code the manual doesn't explain? I'm Anatoli — the owner who answers (813) 522-0014; I or Nick, my technician, comes to the door. I repair refrigerators, Sub-Zero and built-in units, ice makers, washers, dryers, ovens and dishwashers in Trinity, FL and the rest of southwest Pasco County. The $69 diagnostic applies 100% to the repair, the price is in writing before I start, and if I can't fix it, you don't pay.

My Trinity route
I cover all of Trinity under ZIP 34655: the neighborhoods along Trinity Boulevard and Little Road, Fox Hollow and Champions Club around the Fox Hollow golf course, Trinity Oaks, Thousand Oaks, Trinity Preserve, Heritage Springs and the homes near Trinity College and J.W. Mitchell High School. I come straight across on SR 54 or drop down from the Suncoast Parkway, so anywhere between Little Road and the Pinellas line is on the same route.
Trinity borders New Port Richey to the west, Holiday to the southwest, Odessa and Keystone to the east, and Tarpon Springs across the county line. The gate code goes in my notes, the drive is already in the plan, and a Trinity address pays the same $69 diagnostic and gets the same written price as one in Zephyrhills — no zone fee.

What breaks in Trinity homes — and why
Builder packages at the ten-to-twenty-year mark. A subdivision that filled up in 2004 got hundreds of nearly identical kitchens, and those kitchens fail on a schedule. On a GE Profile or KitchenAid french door from that era, the defrost system goes first: the evaporator ices over, the fresh-food side warms up while the freezer stays fine, and the owner assumes the compressor is dying. It usually is not. A defrost heater, a thermistor or an evaporator fan puts it right for a fraction of a new unit. The newer Samsung and LG sets in Trinity Preserve have their own five-to-seven-year pattern — ice room seals, twin cooling fans, and on the LG side the linear compressor, which I replace routinely.
Built-ins that are worth the work. The larger homes on the golf courses run Sub-Zero, Viking and Thermador, and here the honest math flips: a 15-year-old Sub-Zero that is not cooling is almost always worth repairing, because the cabinet was built for twenty-plus years and the parts are still made. I bring sealed-system gauges, and I do not guess at a compressor before checking the condenser fan, the coil behind the grille and the evaporator. The other Trinity built-in call is the undercounter ice maker in the lanai bar — a scaled evaporator plate or a failed water pump, both routine.
Laundry rooms and the 55+ side. Front-load washers in these houses reach their first drain-pump clog or door-boot leak at about eight years — worth fixing — while a drum bearing at twelve usually is not, and I will say which before you spend more than the diagnostic; the washer leaking guide covers where the puddle comes from. In Heritage Springs the pattern is different: appliances bought once and kept, a second refrigerator in the garage, and a post-storm control-board failure on a range or fridge that looks fine but will not respond. On a fifteen-year-old side-by-side with a sealed-system leak I will tell you plainly that the money belongs in a replacement.
What is it, probably? A 20-second triage
The most likely cause, from what I see on Trinity calls — so you know what to expect before I open anything.
Brands I work on in Trinity
Independent, not factory-authorized — which means I fix the appliance in front of me instead of following a warranty script, and I carry the parts that actually fail on these models.
Also Viking, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Electrolux, Kenmore and the rest — every brand page.
LG refrigerators and the compressor question in Trinity
Trinity kitchens were bought as sets, and in the newer streets of Trinity Preserve the set is often LG. The LG call I dread on the owner's behalf is a french door gone warm in both sections. That points at the linear compressor; LG's design from roughly 2014 to 2017 had a failure pattern known well enough to end in a class-action settlement. I confirm it with gauges and an amp reading, not by ear. Before I quote, check your paperwork: LG's compressor coverage varies by model and purchase date. More on the LG repair page.
When it is the compressor, the job is sealed-system work: the updated compressor, a new filter-drier, a vacuum and a recharge. On a fridge under ten years old in a kitchen built around its size, that is usually a refrigerator repair worth doing. When it is not the compressor — an iced-over evaporator, a fan, a sensor — the bill is far smaller, which is the whole reason to test first. In Fox Hollow and Champions Club the older units are more often a defrost problem than a sealed-system one.
Google Search Console, Jul 3 – Oct 1, 2026. The Trinity page has only a handful of searches so far (one of them "lg dishwasher service near me"), so these rows are from my Pasco County page. Impressions, not calls.
When can I be in Trinity?
Search data: Ubersuggest, U.S. monthly volume, Oct 2025 – Sep 2026 — "appliance repair new port richey" shown because Trinity is too small to have a reliable monthly number of its own. Trinity searches roll up into New Port Richey, and the curve says the same thing every year: demand peaks from October through March, when the seasonal residents are back, and quiets down in late summer. In season, a call before 2 PM is what keeps the same-day window open.
What Trinity customers describe
BBB Accredited, A+ rated, and more than 200 five-star reviews across major platforms. I don't write testimonials for this page — read them in customers' own words, with names, towns and my replies, on the reviews page.
What Trinity customers describe is the owner on the phone and at the door, a plain-English explanation of what failed and why, the price on paper before any work, and a built-in or french door refrigerator holding temperature again the same day. If the honest answer is that your appliance is not worth repairing, you hear that first — and it costs you nothing.
